A booking is linked to the license plate of the vehicle with which it is associated.
If you wish to change the license plate associated with your booking, you must :
1- enter the new license plate in the "My vehicles" section
2- go to "My account" > "My purchases" and click on the booking for which you wish to change the number plate.
3- go to the vehicle text zone and select "Change"; a window will open allowing you to select the booking for which you wish to change the license plate, as well as to select the new license plate and a reason for the change, then validate.
A request to change the number plate will be sent to our Customer Service department, which will process your request as quickly as possible.
You will be informed by e-mail when your request has been processed.
If you contact us by telephone, please enter your new license plate in the "My vehicles" section beforehand.
You can also send us your request by e-mail to help.eu@indigoneo.com, with "Change of license plate" as the subject of the e-mail and specifying the new license plate you require.
We recommend that you enter the new license plate in your account beforehand to avoid any input errors.
