If you have an INDIGO subscription purchased in-store or on the former website fr.parkindigo.com, the cancellation terms are specified in the general terms and conditions of sale that were given or emailed to you when you subscribed to your subscription.
If you have subscribed to a one-month, three-month, or one-year subscription with automatic renewal:
The contract will be automatically renewed for an equal period, unless terminated:
- at any time up to five (5) business days before the renewal date by filling out the form provided for this purpose on the Indigo Neo website (indigoneo.fr) by going to the section:
- Create a request
- I have a question about 'parking in a parking lot' > a subscription
- I want to cancel it > You do not have an INDIGO Neo account
- by going in your reference shop
