Are you already an INDIGO customer and have you signed up for an offer in store? You can now manage your parking and electric vehicle charging from your INDIGO Neo account, accessible at indigoneo.fr and on the mobile app.
I received the activation email for my INDIGO Neo account
- Open the INDIGO Neo account activation email.
- Select the “Activate my account” button. You will be redirected to the account activation page.
- On this page, select “Send security code” to verify your email address.
- Enter the security code you received by email, then create your password.
- Select “Activate my account” to confirm.
To access your account, go to indigoneo.com and click “Log in” or go to the login screen in the INDIGO Neo app. Enter your email address and password.
I cannot find the email requesting activation of my INDIGO Neo account
- You can activate your account from the login screen.
- Go to indigoneo.fr or open the INDIGO Neo app.
- At the top right of the page (or on the app's home screen), select “Log in.”
- From the “Log in” tab, select “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your account and confirm.
- In the email you receive, select “Reset password.”
- Create your password and confirm.
You can then return to the indigoneo.fr website or mobile app to log in to your account.
I am not receiving the password recovery email
- Check the spam folder of your email account.
- Make sure you have entered the email address you used when you subscribed to an INDIGO offer.
