When you purchase your subscription, you will receive a welcome letter from INDIGO, an access badge and a sticker to identify the subscribers' bicycles, which must be affixed to the central frame of your bicycle.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we may remove from the bike area any bike that does not have the sticker provided by Indigo. A fee will be applied.
If you need a new sticker, you will have to come to the store to get a new one. A fee may be applied by the store for the renewal.
