Simple recharge session, no subscription or special card required:
The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
1. Scan the QR code
Using your smartphone, scan the QR code displayed on the terminal screen.
- If you have the INDIGO Neo app
The app opens automatically.
- Otherwise (via browser)
A page opens in your browser with instructions to start your recharge.
(We recommend downloading the INDIGO Neo app from the app stores. You can also use it for parking.)
2. Check your network connection
In some parking lots, the connection may be limited. In this case, a message will inform you.
- Don’t panic: the route works even under poor network conditions.
If you are offline (app or browser): plug in your vehicle (step 3) before moving to find a network connection. Once you have regained a network connection, click the “I have found a network” button. You can then start your charging session remotely.
3. Plug in your vehicle
Connect the cable to the charging station, then to your car (if you haven’t already).
4. Enter your information
• Via the INDIGO Neo app
Follow the steps directly in the app.
• Via browser
You can enter your email address (optional)
• This will allow you to receive your invoice and a link to find and track your session if you close the page.
Then, enter your banking information.
5. Authorize the pre-authorization
• Via the INDIGO Neo app or a web browser
Enter your credit card number, then confirm the transaction via your bank’s app (strong authentication).
Your bank will request a pre-authorization of €70 to guarantee payment.
• No immediate charge: only the actual amount of your top-up will be billed.
6. Start the top-up
Once payment is confirmed, the session starts automatically.
7. Track and stop your session
• From the INDIGO Neo app
Track your top-up in real time and stop it at any time.
• Via browser
You can track your top-up in real time and stop it at any time.
• Even if you close your browser, your top-up continues as normal. You can access it via the link in the email you received (if you provided your email address).
8. Receive your receipt
• From the INDIGO Neo app
Available in the “My Purchases” section
• Via browser
A summary is displayed at the end of the session and sent to you by email if you provided your email address.
