To cancel your INDIGO Recharge plan directly from your customer account on the website www.indigoneo.fr:
1- Log in to your Indigo Neo account.
2- Go to the Subscriptions section.
3- Select the relevant plan (Pay-as-you-go or Monthly plan).
4- Click on Request Cancellation.
Your request will be forwarded to the relevant department, which will process the cancellation and confirm it by email.
Effective date:
“À la carte” plan: the cancellation takes effect immediately on the date of your request.
“x kWh Monthly” plan: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month (end of the billing period). You can continue to use your plan until that date.
