If you have lost your Indigo Recharge badge, here is what you need to do:
1- Contact our customer service department using the contact form available in your account or in the Support section of the Indigo Neo website/app.
2- Provide the following information:
- Your customer number or the email address associated with your account.
- The number on the badge (if you know it).
3 - Our team will process your request and inform you of the procedure for replacing your badge.
For security reasons, your old badge will be deactivated as soon as your request is processed.
