From your account on www.indigoneo.fr, check that your card is activated (the “card activated” information and card reference should be visible).

If your card is activated but the recharge does not start:
Note the error message displayed or the error code visible on the terminal.
If possible, try another terminal.
If the problem persists, contact our customer service via the contact form (or dedicated phone line), specifying:
- Your customer number or email address associated with your account,
- The number on the back of your recharge card,
- The date and location where the problem occurred,
- The error code or message, if available.
