If you are unable to start charging, make sure that the charging station is operational (powered on, indicator light on).
Next, you must use an INDIGO Recharge card or a card from another operator accepted by our charging stations.
Have you activated your INDIGO Recharge card?

If your INDIGO Recharge card is activated, make sure your vehicle is properly connected to the charging station and that it is in “ready” mode so that it can receive the charge.
