The entrance gate to the Bluetooth equipped park is open, why do I still have to press the "Enter" button on my phone?

You must press the "Enter" button to log in to your Indigo Neo account. If you don't press the 'Enter' button, you will not be able to sign out through Indigo Neo. 

Activate your phone's Bluetooth functionality; go to the Indigo Neo application; press the "Enter" button for your current reservation/subscription to open the portal.
