Indigo Neo has established a large number of partnerships with owners of so-called "private" car parks, i.e. not open to the public, to allow its users to access them: hotels, offices, residences, etc.
In these car parks, which are often simply equipped with doors and remote controls, Indigo Neo has installed Bluetooth sensors to allow your phone to serve as an access key.
These sensors use all the Bluetooth protocols in use today and are therefore compatible with all smartphones on the market.
When you arrive at the gates, activate the Bluetooth functionality of your phone; go to the Indigo Neo application; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current reservation/subscription to open the gate. To exit, simply repeat this action.
If the gate does not open after 3 attempts to press the "Enter" or "Exit" button, a code appears automatically on your screen. This code, to be entered on the keyboard provided, will allow you to open the barrier and will start or end your parking session.
Please note that in this type of car park, it is not possible to enter or leave without having previously reserved or subscribed to a pass. And just as in the car parks equipped with number plate cameras, we have installed digicodes on the doors to allow you to return to your vehicle. Simply open your application and click on the current session to find the code.
