We have built our system to allow us to differentiate between car park subscribers and our customers, even if they use the same number plate.
All that is required is that your number plate is correctly entered into the car park system.
If you already enter the car park as a subscriber thanks to your number plate, you don't have to do anything, the system will know the difference and will let you enter as a subscriber with priority.
If your number plate is not entered (if you enter with your badge), send us an email by clicking on the link below indicating the car park where you are a subscriber. We will contact the park so that they can register you. However, you can also contact them directly to do the registration.
