It may happen that your plate is not recognised at the entrance (dirty plate, snow, faulty camera,...) and that you have to take a ticket at the entrance.
Don't worry, you won't have to pay twice: our parking staff and support were trained to deal with this specific case.
At the exit, press the button on the intercom and say that you are an Indigo Neo customer. The employee will let you out without charging you again after checking your reservation.
If you are again faced with a plate reading problem, you can use your vehicle's emergency code or QR code, depending on the car park's equipment.
The emergency keypad or QR code can be found in My Account, Vehicles, Open barrier.
If the automatic opening of the barrier does not work when you leave, use the same emergency code or QR code that you used to enter.
