We can differentiate between car park subscribers and Indigo Neo customers, even if they use the same number plate.
All you need to do is enter your number plate correctly into the car park system.
If you are already entering the car park as a subscriber thanks to your number plate, you don't need to do anything, the system will know the difference and will let you enter as a subscriber with priority.
If your number plate is not indicated (if you enter the car park with your badge), send us an email to help.eu@indigoneo.com indicating the car park where you are a subscriber. We will contact the car park so that they can register you. You can also contact them directly to check in.
